Here's an awesome pesto recipe that my friend Nancy Burgos shared with me:
½ head of broccoli
8 kale leaves, deveined
3 garlic cloves
1 cup parsley
2 cup basil
2 cup walnuts
⅓ cup olive or macadamia oil
2 lemons, juice
½ teaspoon sea salt
Throw it all in the food processor and go!

possibilities are endless… I’ve put it on grilled sandwiches, or tossed it with veggie
